Welcome to RichSupply (“RichSupply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), including any digital products purchased from RichSupply (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

RichSupply sells digital products, including but not limited to PDF guides, templates, and informational resources for entrepreneurs and business owners (“Digital Products”).

When you purchase a Digital Product:

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the product for your own personal or internal business use.

  • You do not acquire ownership of the content or any intellectual property rights in the product.

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or give away our Digital Products to others.

  • Upload our Digital Products to any file-sharing or public website.

  • Claim our content as your own or remove copyright or proprietary notices.

4. Ordering and Payment

All orders must be placed through our online checkout.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout.

  • You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes or fees.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.

Prices for our products are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

  • We may change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Our products are digital-only. No physical items will be shipped.

  • After completing your purchase, you will typically receive access to download links or files via the Site and/or by email.

  • It is your responsibility to download and back up your Digital Products promptly.

  • If you experience issues accessing your purchase, please contact us with your order details so we can assist.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital and accessible immediately, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for Digital Products that have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

  • If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once or encounter a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks and payment disputes:

  • You agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any billing or access issue before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the termination of your access to the Site and our products.

You agree not to use the Site or our products:
