Accessing, opening, downloading, or viewing the product confirms that the item has been successfully delivered.

Chargebacks

Attempting to dispute a valid charge after receiving the digital product is considered misuse.
RichSupply will submit evidence—including timestamps, download logs, and IP information—to challenge any fraudulent chargeback.
